    I found this car here in Arizona it was parked back in 1985 and was only moved when I purchased it from it resting place. Unfourtunatly it was parked and partially covered and some water rested in the front carpets and as a result the floor was compromised. The exterior of this Porsche is very straight with one respray over 30 years ago to Yellow from the original Sand Beige factory color. All the chrome and trim on the exterior of the car are in decent condition! All glass is original and in great shape with the exception of the windshield it has a couple stone chips.

  I don't believe I have ever seen a Porsche with this much documentation. I have done nothing to the car by way of cleaning or trying to start. However everything is there. Of course this car will need to by restored as it should.

  All in all, these 1969 Porsche 912 are one of the most sought after Classic's on the market today! With great looks and huge collect-ability, this would be a wonderful opportunity for someone to not only have a part of history but an appreciating Asset!! At Close of Auction

Thesuccessful "winning" bidder must telephone us within 24 hours after theauction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete thetransaction.

Fullpayment must be received within 7 business days of the end of auction.Payment must be either by cashiers-check, or certified funds. Iffunds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made,the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on afirst-come, first-serve basis.

Theparties agree that this contract shall be construed under the substantivelaws of the state of Arizona, that the state courts of Arizona shall haveexclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the terms ofthis contract or over any action arising out of the underlyingtransaction(s) with seller and venue may be had in the Maricopa countysuperior court of the state of Arizona.

Ihave disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aimto only carry quality vehicles. However, I recommend that all buyersconduct an inspection either in person or through a qualified professionalthird party inspector prior to the end of the auction. If such inspectionreveals a substantial discrepancy between the information contained in thelisting and the actual vehicle, I will correct the problem at no chargeor work out a compromise.
