All in state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $259.00. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $150 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction.Out of stste buyers will be charged a 259.00 transaction fee and 45.00 temp and title fee unless other arrangements are made. Please call Roger at 973-222-3362 to make arrangements for payment.
By placing a winning bid, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase. Winning bid becomes the binding sale price.
