This 2001 Honda Odyssey EX was a local trade-in that does not meet our Budget Row requirements.

This is an auction. To purchase this car, you must bid through eBay. It is not for sale on our lot. 
TAX, TITLE TRANSFER FEES, REGISTRATION FEES, and a DOCUMENTATION FEE (A 5% Documentary Fee or a maximum of $200 will be collected on every sale) will apply to EVERY purchase. 
 
This car has a clean title.  
Carfax shows three owners and no previous accidents. This may or may not be true. 

You are fully welcome and strongly encouraged to inspect this vehicle at our dealership prior to bidding. Please call ahead if you intend to do so.

This Odyssey starts right up and will drive around the lot, but will frequently come out of gear and the engine will just rev and the car will not accelerate. The heat and air conditioning DO work. Please do not plan on driving it home.

Mechanical issues with this vehicle INCLUDE, but are NOT limited to the following problems:
The transmission is slipping.
The "Check Engine" light is ON.
The "D4" light is flashing.
The transmission has a fluid leak.
The engine has a slight whine.
When the transmission is put into drive, it seems to try a couple of times before going into gear.
The brakes are grinding, metal on metal. 
There is some slight front end noise while turning.

Cosmetic/body issues with this vehicle can be seen in the photos. 
This includes, but is NOT limited to the following problems: 
 Numerous dents and dings all around the car. 
The pictures were taken while there was some rain on the car and may not show all of the damage. 
Tires are weather-checked. See pictures for tread depth and weatherchecking/sun cracking.

The interior is in average condition for the year. It does need to be cleaned. The carpets and the rear cargo area are stained. The left rear armrest/cubby door is broken. Both front doors have loose fabric. Both power doors work well, heat, defrost, and air conditioning work well, and the front power windows do work. The radio works on AM and FM.

Numerous dents, dings, scratches, and gouges.

The Seller, RiverTown Honda, assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

 Terms & Conditions
The Winning Bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of the close of the auction and make arrangements for payment at that time. A non-refundable $500 deposit is also due within (24) hours of the close of the auction. This deposit can be made through Pay Pal. Pay Pal is for the deposit only with the balance due in cash or a cashier’s check and is due within (7) days of auction end. If no contact is made within (24) hours, RiverTown reserves the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next highest Bidder or sell it otherwise. Not all Banks and Credit Unions will finance older vehicles with more than 100K miles. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. 
If full payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and keep the $500 deposit. 

The Buyer is responsible for the pickup of this vehicle within 7 days following the close of the auction. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. A $50 per day storage fee will be added after 7 days. All vehicles are delivered with 1 key unless otherwise noted in the description. As these are Pre-Owned vehicles, they may have chips, dings, scratches and other imperfections not listed in the description. Our Michigan Dealer License will only allow us to complete paperwork at our location in Grandville, Michigan. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. RiverTown Honda does not accept trades on eBay purchases.  

We do not handle the shipping of vehicles. As the Buyer, you would be responsible for obtaining a quote, hiring and payment to the Shipping Company of your choice. RiverTown Honda is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred by any such Shipping Company. 

If you are unclear about anything, ASK! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to cancel a listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
