Up for auction is my 1950 Chevrolet 5-window pickup truck. This truck is absolutely stunning and it is drop dead gorgeous in every way. It also runs, drives, and handles as good as it look and it was previously owned by long time NHRA crew chief Terry Adams owner of Terry Adams Racing.

This Pro-Touring Truck/Street Rod was professionally built about 4 years ago and currently has 4,902 good weather miles.

The Paint & Body is super high quality with a laser straight body and National show Viper Red paint that looks like it is 2 feet deep. The rear fenders are fiberglass and 2” wider than stock in order to accommodate the wider wheels and tires. It has all new chrome & stainless, tinted glass, beautiful wood bed with stainless strips, LED tail lights, and the doors and hood gaps are excellent. The body and cab are solid and rust free. The stance is adjustable any way you want it with the airbags from slammed to the ground all the way up to stock height.

The Interior is custom Gray leather with a split bench with center console and power seats for the driver and the passenger. It has power windows, tilt steering column, Dolphin gauges, column mounted tachometer, cold Vintage air conditioning, custom stereo, and the rear view mirror shows you the direction and the outside temperature. This truck is basically equipped like a brand new Silverado! It is finished off very nice inside with slick paint, custom headliner and door panels, and new carpet. The gas tank was relocated from behind the seat to underneath the truck.

The engine is a perfectly tuned, (by Terry Adams of Terry Adams Racing), 383 stroker. It has World Products heads, single plane intake, Holley carburetor, headers, Moroso Pro plug wires, aluminum radiator, and it is neat and showroom clean under the hood including a smoothed firewall and color matched fender wells. It has a polished chrome brake master cylinder and booster, chrome power steering pump, chrome water pump, chrome alternator, Billet air cleaner and valve covers, aluminum pulleys and brackets, and a transmission cooler up front. It has a master cutoff and a charge connection under the hood for the dual mounted underside batteries.

The transmission is a performance custom built Turbo 400 and the rear end is a Lincoln 9” positive traction with a 3.50 gear.

The suspension and the underside are clean and performance built for superior ride and handling. As stated above the truck has full Air Ride suspension (bagged)…, Heidts power rack & pinion front end, 4-wheel power disc brakes, boxed front frame, custom cross member, front sway bar, rear panhard bar, 4-link rear suspension, dual battery’s, polished transmission pan, aluminum oil pan, and a chrome cover on the torque converter.
