2003 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY S

Today we are proud to offer for your consideration this 2003 Discovery S.  This  is a 2 owner suburban Connecticut vehicle.  Unfortunately, it is currently not road worthy due to the fact that we have been informed that the motor will require rebuilding or replacement.  This has not been confirmed by us.  Even though the motor will start and run, it is very noisy and will need to be transported.  It cannot be driven. This vehicle is sold as is.  The rest of the vehicle is in good overall condition given its age and mileage, the majority of which was turnpike mileage having been driven back and forth to college.  As the pictures will demonstrate, the body and paint look to be original with only some minor flaws.  The interior also shows quite nicely with the exception of the drivers seat which has a small puncture which you may choose not to repair. This Discovery is nicely equiped including the dual sunroofs.  We feel that all things considered, we feel that this vehicle has many redeeming qualities and deserves to be repaired and enjoyed by its new owner.

We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection.  If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID.  Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or "drafts" from known financial institutions, and cash. Pennsylvania buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Out -of - State buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes in own states. We do not ship cars. Buyers are responsible for shipping only.  We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion.  Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. Fee and Tax Information:
Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax in PA.  A $159.00 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document preparation, listing, and maintenance fees. Temporary Transit Tags for our out of state buyers are available for additional $75.00, which will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days.     In order to obtain this tag ,you will need proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.   There will be a storage fee of $9.99 per day if the vehicle is not being picked up with 10 regular days after the auction ends.By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. I (seller) reserve the right to cancelbids or end the auction early should the item no longer be available.  Appropriate feedback will be left for all transactions!
