Up for sale we have a 1970 Chevy Chevelle Convertible. This car has underwent a fresh restoration in which a good eye for detail was used. It was built to the way it was when new with a lot of new chrome and a new top. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Chevelle. The body looks laser straight with good gaps and lines. Everything is covered in the Astro Blue Paint that is accented by the White stripes that are laid under the clear. The paint has a deep rich shine and is slick to the touch. Also the Top is done in white that really makes the exterior pop and it appears to be new. As with and good resto they replaced all the weather stripping and seals. All of the glass looks good with the side windows working as they should. They also installed new bumpers as well as other chrome. As for the stainless around the top and windshield it looks very good as well as the grill and wheel well trim. The final exterior touch is the set of BFG Tires on a set of the factory SS rallys.

Next, we will take a look at the interior of the Convertible. It’s all done in blue and really pulls the whole theme of the car together to make for a killer look with the top up or down. It has the correct bench seat and covers. The top is power and it has the blue boot. When you look at the dash it looks correct with the AM/FM radio. They upgraded the steering wheel to the color key custom grip. The seat covers and door panels are in great condition and look like new.

Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it has a 350 V8 that Is mated to a 350 Turbo Trans and a 10 Bolt Rear end. Everything looks stock with only a carb upgrade. It retains the stock manifolds with dual exhaust. As far as the inner fenders and firewall it’s clean and neat with everything being in its’ place. It comes ready to drive with Power Steering and Power Disc Brakes. When you look under this Chevelle its rock solid with good frame rails and pans.
