Vehicle Description

This 2007 Toyota Prius has unbeatable fuel economy, safety and Toyota reliability as well as being a single owner vehicle and no accidents. This car has always been properly maintained with no problems at all. Get up to 60 miles per gallon around town and 49 miles per gallon on the highway all on regular 87 pump gas! Mechanical the car is in very good shape and has some minor cosmetic dings, dents and scratches which are commensurate to the mileage.          Autosense of PA, Inc is a registered business doing business as Jacoby's Auto Tags & Sales , 138 E Dekalb Pike, KIng of Prussia, PA 19406. All purchase orders and legal documentation will be listed under Jacoby's Auto Tags & Sales.

·         Please Note: Autosense of PA, Inc. sells vehicles which have clean or clear titles. This means titles to the vehicles do not have a salvage title or a         reconditioned title unless stated otherwise.

·         Since Autosense of PA, Inc. sells great vehicles at competitive prices, both retail customers and dealers are welcome to purchase our low-priced             inventory. If we don’t have what you want, we can help you get it!

·         Within 24 hours of the auction ending, the winning bidder must contact the seller, Jacoby's Auto Tags & Sales. with a phone call to 484 433 9406 or by               Email to deals@autosenseofpa.com to begin the purchase process. A purchase order will be faxed upon request.

·         All sales are subject to a $225 Service fee. This fee includes a 30 day in-transit tag (for out of state buyers) to enable you to drive the vehicle home while you process your state’s paperwor a full tank of gas, Philadelphia International Airport and 30th Street Station pickup, and mail delivery (Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc) or other costs that the seller will incur on their part. This fee is non-negotiable and offers a valuable service to our clients by taking the headache out of paperwork pertaining to the sale for the winning bidder as well as ease local travel arrangements.

·         We will need a legible fax copy of your driver’s license and valid insurance card in order to issue the seller a temporary in-transit tag. Please fax all            necessary documents to (610) 337 2116. There are no hidden fees. This is all you pay in addition to the sale price of the vehicle and you can                    drive your car home happy!!

·         Within 24 hours of Auction ending, the winning bidder must provide to the seller, Autosense of Pa, Inc. a non-refundable deposit of $500 via                       Paypal.   We require full payment within 5 days of auction ending. After full payment, we will accommodate your schedule by holding the vehicle if         you need more time to physically get the vehicle. Please notify us for any exceptions such as the aforementioned prior to bidding or winning an                   auction of Autosense of PA, Inc.

·         Registration, Title, Transfer and Tag Fees and Sales Tax are not included and must be paid by buyer and may vary with price of vehicle, type of     vehicle and/or pickup trucks or large trucks and vehicles depending on size and weight. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

·         The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will assist in the arrangement of shipping, if requested. Also, the transportation to and from               the airport and our location is buyer's responsibility.

·         These vehicles are available for inspections. All inspections must be done within a 10-mile radius of Jacoby's Auto Tags & Sales. and must be performed PRIOR to placing a bid and or winning the auction. Consequently, the car may have a few more miles on it than the auction mileage. Any mileage differences will be of an immaterial nature (under 500 miles). ·         Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd                   magazines, navigation discs, floormats, toolkits and owner's manuals. ·         The vehicles in the auctions of Autosense of Pa, Inc. are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold in "As Is" condition. However, some vehicles may             still be under the factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased for an additional wholesale cost. Ask for details.
