This man is a LIAR and DECEIVER, and probably wrote the other reveiw himself. He intentionally doesn`t pass people on their smog test, so he can make the extra $21 he charges people to retest their cars, because he does not have enough customers. If he has done this to you, go to the website of the Bureau of Auto Repair and make a complaint at www.autorepair.ca.gov
