Had car serviced on June 23, 2013. Diags showed fans to be defective. Charged to bill. Cost to R/R fans was $505.00. Included diags, Coolant, labor, Parts, coolant disposal. Repair Time Aprox. 4 hrs. One other customer.
Researched part price and determined Pep Boys charged dble. the price at other vendors. Not sure why Pep Boys charged to flush and replace coolant since the car has electric fans and there is no con... view morenection from fans to coolant system and there was no coolant leaking from my auto. I would only recommend Pep Boys as a absolute and dire need for a simple repair, ie tire rotation, oil change and perhaps diags.
