Don`t go! I`m here to slam RP...

Don`t go! I`m here to slam RP and won`t be minching words. I keep detailed records of work done on my car. I first visited RP in May 2010 to see if they could tell me what was causing the knocking in my front wheels when I made turns. Within a 30-day period they replaced my drive belt, battery, and steering column at a cost of over $1600, and the knocking was still present. Not only that but the drive belt that ... view morewas installed lasted all of 20 MONTHS, not even 2 years before it broke while I was traveling, and I don`t even drive the car regularly. The previous belt had lasted 46 months. Like a fool I took my car back to RP to diagnose and fix an intermittent power window problem. They kept my car for a full week and never called. It was the same treatment I received the first time they had my vehicle. Not only did they never call but never RETURNED phone calls. When I finally reached them, I was so pissed that I told them that I was leaving work to come pick up my car, fixed or not. Of course they were working on it at the time. I asked them to put it back together and that I was on my way to pick it up. The next day I took the car to the shop of a family friend. They diagnosed the power window problem in the morning and I had my car back BEFORE NOON....FIXED. Need I say more. RP was so disorganized that they never cashed the check I had written for my last visit. With all the mess on their counter, they probably lost it. Until they realize that the customer SHOULD come first and that a simple phone call could have made all the difference in the world, they will remain in that little shop on the corner with a small number of supporting customers.

Very Professional

I would like to say when everyone else said no they said yes ! Very Professional staff, clean, certified cars and honest. I was ripped off at other dealerships. You will never find a company like this. If you don`t believe me see for you self. Thanks for reading my review
