Great body and paint repairs on my hail-damaged car

My car had to be repaired and completely repainted after a huge hail storm three years ago when I was caught in traffic and couldn`t find shelter. I was so pleased with Mandarin Collision Center`s work. Not only did I get my car back quickly, but the overall paint job looked like a brand new car. Micheal (all three reviews are by Michael) did file a complaint with the agency he listed in his complaint. This agency then contacted us at Mandarin Collision Center. If you go to their website, you will note that the complaint was resolved. We submitted documents that clearly pointed out the inaccuracies of his complaints his complaint was dismissed as having no basis in fact.

Worst paint repair company I have ever dealt with

The company replaced and painted the front passenger side fender of an 07 Civic Si, painted part of the front bumper, and replaced the headlamp. The issue is the fender that they painted, there are three spots where the paint flaked off. There`s also another small bubble where debris is trapped under the paint. The car has been garaged since returning from the shop, and not used. I have the mileage recorded from when... view more I dropped it off at 10880 to now at 10932. The facility is approximately 22 miles away from my house. Clearly it hasn`t been driven and I pointed that out to the manager AJ Guerrier. He called the painted Roberto over and he quickly denied it being their fault and said the car was tampered with, which is not possible since it`s alone in the garage and I personally saw one of the chips come out as I was wiping down the car. The way they are placed cannot be blamed on debris since debris doesn`t fly sideways and the car hasn`t been on the road. This issue should have been resolved with them fixing it but instead I was rudely turned down by the painter and called a liar. When I pointed out the spot that had debris UNDER the paint and looked like it could easily chip away too, he said it could be ""buffed out"", yet also refused to fix. The car was absolutely spotless and scratch-less until their lack of workmanship caused those four imperfections on the same panel. Their work is supposed to be guaranteed and that`s a huge reason why I trusted them to perform the service. I went to them because Honda of the Avenue`s has work done through them since honda doesn`t have it`s own facility, so I believed they would be reputable. Unfortunately I was wrong, and I`m paying dearly now.
