This dealership is a complete ripoff! $150 an hour labor rate! They sit on their asses and take time to do any work. I am a knowledgable car person that can do work, but did not have my tools available while out of town. They are charging me 2 hours labor for a job that takes 20-40 minutes in a driveway. Not to mention they have a $125 mark up on the part. This place sucks.

Let me first say, my partner and I have bought six cars from Malcolm Cunningham and until this last time we have been very happy. However upon buying our last car, a new Flex, we encountered issues. We wrote a check that was to be held for the down pmt., however it was deposited the next day. When we called and let them know we had to demand before they paid the fees from over drawing our account, upon going back to ... view morethe dealership to get a check, I waited 2 1/2 hrs to be helped. While there I spoke to Malcolm Cunningham himself, just to be told "Shouldn`t we be allowed 1 mistake since you had good experiences in the past". I was interested in getting a new car that day for myself, but decided to go to another Ford dealer because of the above issue(s).

My parents wanted to buy me a ...

My parents wanted to buy me a car for my birthday but they don`t speak english very well. It was so hard everywhere we went but in this place they have personnel that do speak spanish. They were so nice and not pushy. The sales representative Francisco Gomez spend time with us trying to find the right car for me. I am so thankful and loving my first car...

DON`T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

This place is a joke. They "say" they care about their customers` 100% satisfaction, but I learned the hard way that it`s just a way to get new customers in the door. I took my car there 4 times - once for basic maintenance, twice for significant repairs, and once more for them to fix what they did wrong on my previous visits. These guys were making such basic mistakes that I would have been better off goin... view moreg to Pep Boys or Maaco. My car, which used to be a hot car, now looks like Alfred E Neuman, with one discolored door that sticks out from the side. The window tint is full of bubbles and doesn`t even match the color of the tint on the rest of the windows (and replacing the tint wasn`t necessary until they scratched the flawwless tint I already had). Everything that`s wrong with my car at this very moment is a direct result of taking it to Malcolm Cunningham Ford. And I hope you LOVE rap music, because the first 3 times I took my car in, the radio station had been changed to crap music & volume had been changed to LOUD. They don`t even have a basic sense of respect for their customers - from management to mechanics to shaggers. Oh, and forget about even getting the respect of a return phone call when you DO have a problem (which you will). Not only have they never called me back to resolve the issues they created, but they never called me back when I called to complain that there were issues with my car that nobody had called me back about! Since my bad experience with them in May 2008, I`ve been contacted 3 times by someone at Malcolm Cunningham Ford claiming to have "good news about my car". Each time I`ve called them back, it was a salesperson trying to sell me a car. Their "good news" was that they would offer me a good trade-in deal (not realizing I was a previous customer with an unhappy experience and a messed up car). In each case, I told them that Malcolm Cunningham Ford had gotten their last cent out of me until my current car was fixed, and suggested they relay to their bosses that I was an unhappy customer. Response? Nope...but 3 months later I get another call with "good news" about my car, and the cycle repeats.
