AWESOME SERVICE!!!

My family & I have used Hawaii Kai Mobile Auto Repair for quite some years, now. And, every experience has always been awesome. Jeff will keep working until the job is complete, and isn`t satisfied until his clients are. His services are VERY reasonable in cost and incredible in quality. If I have any questions, I can always call him knowing that the answer I get can be trusted. Bad Experience

Sorry to say, I had a bad experience with this business. Service was not good and was not timely with getting back to my voice message request for service. Owner was rude and unprofessional in his behavior. Will not use again!!

Hawaii Kai Reliable Auto Mechanic

Jeff was recommended by a friend who saw my car broken down on the side of the road. ""Is he good?"" I asked. ""He`s the best."" I can see why. Jeff arrived at our appointment on time. He diagnosed the problem, got the part the next day, and got the car running again. I was way overdue for a tune-up, which we scheduled for the following Monday. Again, he arrived on time and did a great job. My car used to get to 1... view more5 mph without my touching the accelerator. No more. Our other car had a clutch problem which the Kalama Valley Repair place was unable to fix (though they charged us for whatever it was they did). Again, Jeff arrived on time, diagnosed correctly, and fixed it for a reasonable cost. We are VERY pleased.
