Buying a new vehicle at Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago was a very pleasant , easy and painless experience. From the minute we were greeted at the front door until the moment we drove away in our awesome brand-new Equinox LTZ, every person we encountered was great. We test drove a few vehicles with Jesse and he was very knowledgeable and had all the answers to our questions regarding each vehicle . Mike in finance made sure we got an excellent finance rate with the right company and with rebates . Kerry walked us thru the final steps and was very informative about some incentives that we didn`t even know were out there, e.g. First three months, no payment with the bank we went with (option). I cannot stress enough how nice it was to walk into this dealership an not feel pressured at all . My husband used to compare walking into a dealership the same as walking into a dentist for a root canal . Not anymore, as we drove away in our new SUV, he was already planning on coming back within a month or two for another new vehicle for himself ! I will make sure to let everyone know who is shopping for a new or used vehicle that there is no better place to go in Chicago . This staff is fantastic.
