If you are looking to buy any vehicle with them stay away from their salesmen get prices of vehicles online. Their salesmen are crooks/swindlers and do fraudulent deals. Especially if you?ˆ™re already are approved by your bank to purchase, be careful NOT to provide any personal information to them. They will get your personal information through chit chat and tell you any lie to get your social security number for exam... view moreple to call your bank for the payout amount for a trade in. Once they get your information (verbally) they illegally hit your credit and send your information to several banks to apply for an illegal loan. Before going to see their vehicles I checked Kelly Blue Book and should have not overseen their service rating of 2 out of 5 stars. Price of SUV kept mysteriously increasing....
I asked for an online quote and got an irrisistable quote. I thought it was too good to be true so I emailed and asked what incentives were included (b/c maybe I don`t qualify for one or 2). Then I got another quote about $1500 higher but without explanation to which incentives I didn`t qualify for. So I emailed back and asked for an out the door price. And the price rose another $1000+ (not including tax) so I g... view moreuess it wasn`t really an out the door price. So I called and talked to the internet salesman whose been emailing me. I asked why the price keeps rising by the thousands. He tells me I don`t qualify for the incentives, so I ask which ones and he couldn`t tell me. He just kept repeating ""When can you come in?"" So I got off the phone with him with nothing resolved. So I sent him an email and asked if he could send me the math of how he came up with the final price and which incentives I didn`t qualify for. Needless to say I never heard from him ever again. I think he was giving low-ball quotes to get me to come in and then try to take me for a fool.

Great deal and great service!
I searched and searched for the Jeep I was looking for and finally found it at Sherman Dodge. I had a great salesman who worked hard to find it for me. Thanks Tony Kasper! I was treated well and got a great deal on the car. I think it was really hard for him too because I was working with a very tight budget. Sucks!!!!!!!!!
I purchase a truck from them and they couldnt find the second key?? So make another key! Oh wait I guess your a working man or woman they cant accomidate you if you work past 5 o`clock. We cant pay a mechanic a half hour of overtime so you can come in to make you your second key! Which they misplaced in the first place anyway! They might have the largest selection, but that dont make for the best shopping experience ... view morefor sure!

All good reviews must be lies! Worst experience ever!
Anybody who gives a positive review about Sherman Dodge is lying and knows somebody there! BEWARE OF THESE LYING RATS AND THEIR OLD-SCHOOL SLEAZEBALL TACTICS!! YOUR BEST BET IS TO STAY AWAY OR YOU`LL GET SCREWED!!! They advertised a new car online for a great price; I figured it was just a terriffic promotion as there were NO caveats, or comments with asterisks indicating otherwise. So, I made the 45 minute drive with my wife, and spent 2 hours wasting time with a sales guy who was ultra slow and kept refusing to have my trade-in looked at while I waited, saying it "would only take 5 minutes" while in the end it took about 35 minutes. But, I was patient and polite just happy that I was about to get a great deal. So finally, the sales guy comes back with a write-up. Not only was the offer of my trade about $1500 below average trade-in value and $4500 below average retail according to http://edmunds.com, but THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE I JUST LOOKED AT WAS $3000 HIGHER than what was advertised! I was angry instantly and asked why the price was different, to which they replied that since I didn`t qualify for all of the rebates that I couldn`t get that price. I told them that the online ad did NOT mention any of these caveats, but they didn`t care. I said that the higher price was not the price according to the ad, and some piece of garbage jumps in and says that it is the price; all he would do is laugh and argue. Unbelievable. I with I could warn everybody, these people are ruining these brands and people`s lives.

Horrible Service in Sales and Service Departments
I had a horrible experience multiple times at this dealer. If I didn`t have reoccurring problems that they continuously make, I would not have gone back. I love my car...but their customer service and respect for others does not even deserve a 1 star. It is also a dirty facility.
