I`ve been saticfied with our buy of the 2007 Chevy, Malabu, so far it has been a good car. but while test driving I aked the sale person ( Tracy ) about the remote key and the owners manual that was not in the car, I recorded her with my cell phone telling me that if they would send it to me with the tags, and if they didn`t have them they would get them for me. Well it has been more than 5 weeks, the lot didn`t ... view moresend them with the tags, no remote or book, I made a point to let her know I couldn`t afford to purchase these items, and she reasured me that I wouldn`t have to, but needless to say I have left several messages for Tracy to contact me, and have not got a responce from her. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but I was lied to. And the remote cost on average $150.00 and the manual can cost as much as $100.00, and to some it may not sound like alot, but for a single income family of 5 it`s a couple weeks of groceries. my next step will be seeing if i can take them to small claims court.
