The phone call was easy and I quickly set up an appointment. stay away

made two trips to this ken towery. First time bought tires and to have a front end alignment. they insisted I need other parts which I was over charged for and the alignment still wasn`t done correctly! second time was just for a simple alignment on another vehicle I had. the car wasn`t in there but for 15 min, they said everything was in spec and still charged me full price!
