I took my car in for an oil le...

I took my car in for an oil leak and to repair my windshield washer nozzles on a Saturday. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, I was told that there was no leak. I was invited into the shop by the man working in the front area. I spoke with the technician that was working on my car and showed him where the oil was leaking from. Turns out there was a leak and I needed a gasket replaced. The parts needed to be orde... view morered from the dealer and I was told it would take only a couple days to come in and they would call me when they did. I called daily for the next 4 days. On the 4th day, I was told that they were still not in. I was then transferred, twice, before I was told that they had arrived earlier that day. Today, Saturday, just 2 days after the repair, I decide to use the windshield washers. There was a very weak spray. Surprised, I thought it was possibly low on fluid. I opened the hood to fill the reservoir and my nozzle falls off!! Under the hood, I see the liner drenched and torn. It must have been too time-consuming or difficult to remove the liner to access the nozzles. I immediately call the Firestone shop and am told to come in Monday morning. I express to the employee that I would feel better if it got looked at today. I drive over and am told that their best employee serviced my car that day. If that is the product of their best employee, I am shocked that they are still in business on Fort Polk. I was assured that they would get to the bottom of this, that the parts would be ordered and my car would be repaired. Expecting Firestone employees to be proficient in their jobs is apparently too much to ask.
