This is the worst service department I have ever had one of my trucks in. I had a.c. trouble and told them how I wanted it put back together and warranty man refused even after I told them I did not care about their warranty. Shop had already replaced compressor but would not let my truck leave with out flushing the whole system witch they said would take 6 - 8 hours or they would remove the compressor.
