HORRIBLE SERVICE

We were stranded on I-90 off ramp today and called AAA for either a tow or gas(were not sure of the problem the truck just stopped) these guys from McMillans came out dumped a gal of gas in the van charged us $10. The van would still not start. The tow truck driver just took off and left us stranded said he was busy with other calls and could not tow us So there we were stranded in Erie. My husband had just undergone a heart cath at the VA and needed to get home to rest. If we had to depend on the likes of this horible, discourteous person we would still be standing on I-90. thank God AAA sent us another tow company to get us safely home.

Thieves

I has to call AAA for a tow. They sent these guys (McMillens`). AAA told me it would cost me $4.00. When the tow guy got there from McMillens`, he told me it would be like $20.00, I told him that I thought it was $4.00, but I`d pay him the $20.00 and for him to check when he got back to McMillens and to call me and let me know, he agreed. Well I never heard from him, then to boot a month later I got a bill from AAA f... view moreor $4.00, guess what for. Your right, that tow. McMillens` kept all the money and never even paid AAA for my tow!!!
