The customer service representative that I spoke to was not friendly. She talked as if she had an attitude and wanted me out of there as soon as possible. I had an oil change done, they called me and told me I needed some new tires and I also got those taken care of. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received at Merchant. One of my tires kept losing air pressure, so I took it into Merchant to get it looked at. Turns out I ran over a nail, so they quickly fixed it for me and didn`t charge me a penny. I had bought tires from them several months back, so it was part of their complimentary service. Most tire repair services around here close around 6 or 7. Merchants was open til 8(although they had a skeleton crew). One of my tires was leaking slowly and I couldn`t find out why. I had conducted a soapy water test and thought it might`ve been the valve stem(a common problem). After calling them at 7pm, I asked if I needed an appointment for this minor issue. They told me to come right in and were able to get the... view more issue resolved in 15 mins after removing the tire and cleaning it. I had mud that seeped into the inner lip causing it to slowly leak air. Worth the $20. Excellent service.

Merchant tire on Western was awesome. Had the misfortune of catching a screw in my tire. Within an hour of getting to the store, my truck was done. The staff was friendly, fair, and attentive. They really helped me out in a pinch and at a great price too! They offer military discounts.
