i recently took a risk and drove 3.5 hours to portland to get my husbands 2006 chevy truck lifted. I had never seen the place or met the owner before my trip. I had just spoken with Eric, the owner over the phone. When I got there i was impressed with his knowledge and his shop! He did a great job on a 6`` lift for us and fit it in within our time restrictions. His customer services was outstanding. We did run in to ... view morea minor issue before i left town, it was a fluke mishap and Eric was quick to make things right and correct the situation as fast as he could. It was out of his hands but he went above and beyond to accommodate our situation! My husband will be back to shop with Eric at the Offroad Shop in a few months for a few more accessories. It was good to see a small business who is ran by an honest person who knows what old fashion customer service is. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this place for their off road or accessory needs!
