Great Honda service! If you must, drive extra to have staff at Hendrick Honda take care of you... It is unpleasant to get bad news about your car but there are two reasons I do not mind on occasion when I receive a call: First: I trust my service advisor to do what is needed and no more, and second, I know it is better to do it once and do it right. For both these reasons I highly recommend Hendrick Honda in Easley.

I bought my 2009 CRV from Marlene and it has been the best car I`ve ever had. Service is outstanding and the staff always makes me feel important and that they care about my opinion. I have been in dealerships where a woman was not considered to be capable and this has been a great experience for me. Very pleased with the respect and service.

Excellent Customer Service

This dealership is very accommodating to our family`s needs. And THE best price around. We`ve purchased 2 vans from them and had wonderful service each time. Kaley and Marlene are awesome!!! We are loving them

We bought a van for them . Have had the oil changed and the DVD player fix . We are loving the service. They always fit me in and are so helpful . They have a playroom for the kids . Which is a plus for us . They are friendly and helpful every time we have been in.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE!!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!! I wish someone had told me what con artists these people were. My husband and I have NEVER had such sleazy people try to lie us into a deal! Not only did they try EVERYTHING(including trying to guilt us as parents!)but they also ruined our credit for the next dealership! I don`t know if you know this, but every time your credit gets pulled you lose points. I specifically asked them NOT to... view more pull our too many times so that we wouldn`t have that sort of hit. I was told, ""Oh NO we don`t do things like that"". So when we FINALLY refused their crappy deals(my husband is an accountant so he was NOT leaving in one of their terrible deals!) and managed to get out, we went down the road to Egolf in Hendersonville. Well when we got there we were told that our credit had been pulled 13 yes that`s right 13 times from Hendrick!!!!!!!!!!! Thank God our credit is good and we were able to make a FANTASTIC deal at Egolf, but even then we had to take a slightly higher interest rate than we would have liked!! On a side note my father in an attorney and this type of credit fraud and damage is a HUGE no no so I am decided if I want to pursue legal action or just let it go. Please do not be fooled by these CRIMINALS! I actually ended up in a better car with more perks and less miles! So please do your research and unless you are sure, DO NOT LET THEM PULL YOUR CREDIT!!!!!!!
