unbelievable

Im sorry!! Im going to have to agree. I have never in my life been in a car dealers office where the place is so filthy and employees eat on top of the desks in front of customers. Not 1 person but up to 6 people sitting around desk eating and then they have a child there. Im mean do they not have child care, its a business for crying out loud, that`s no place for a child. secretary getting the paperwork and child in... view more the other hand. they need to tidy up the place and make it presentable and get a sitter for that child. first impressions mean alot so after that i couldnt even imagine the kind of cars they might be selling so i went somewhere else.Maybe in the future if they correct these things we can do business..

not good customer service

The company needs to practice performing good customer service. I understand it`s family owned business, but it doesnt mean you can make bad deals or take advantage of people. Its still a business and there are rules and regulations. They are selling veichles that are not up to date in maintance. They have a responsibilty to make sure that veichle is in working order before sale.
