I will concede that their staff is courteous. That said, their practices are deceitful.
The estimate that they produced for relatively minor body repair to the rear fender was outrageously high: $1,300. They wanted to perform far more ""work"" than necessary, 34 hours of labor over six days. The alternative shop that I obtained did the necessary repairs for under $500.
Perhaps they do reliable work, but unle... view moress an insurer is paying for it, double check their charges.
