Lake Highlands Automotive has always done an excellent job on my car. I trust taking my car here and feel that they are always fair and trustworthy. They always do great work and their inspection of your car is always thorough but fast. I highly recommend taking your car here.

I know I can always trust these men to give me an honest opinion of what needs to be done on my car. Last time I went there, my oil pan was leaking. To replace the pan would have been around $500 (which no one wants to do if they don`t have to). The men of LHA offered that they could try putting a new plug in the pan which would cost me $20-$40. If the plug didn`t work then I would have to have the pan replaced. They... view more said thats what they would do if it were them and that if the plug didn`t work, I would only be charged for replacing the pan. I went with the plug and it worked! So I cut a $500 expense down to a $20 expense. I know that sometimes dealerships mess people around with their cars because they can. They know they will always have customers because of the shop`s affiliation. Lake Highlands Automotive has great customer service. I can always trust that they will give me an honest opinion of what I need done on my car. I choose LHA over the dealership every time. Support your local (and honest) businesses!

Honest and do good work. Reg is the only mechanic that I have been to that will say "you don`t need to fix this" when no work is required. He runs the business on the principal that if they are honest you will come back, and I do- I drive all the way from Fort Worth to get my car worked on here. In 15 years of working with Reg have never had anything to complain about...

I recently had my car towed to Lake Highlands Automotive and they are simply not to be trusted. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! They used to have a great reputation of being a ""Christian"" company that does honest work. Not anymore. They diagnosed my car and provided me with a price that I felt was too high. When I told them I would have the work done elsewhere, John because irate and very defensive with me.
