Horrible service...bought a 05 Acura TL had bumper damage, rust spot on trunk an missing door handle piece! Was told will be fixed in 2 weeks! Im writing this on the 3rd week still not fixed. Took car to get inspected by Hall Acura, then was informed car needs battery an a transmission flush. That weekend car barely started! Took paperwork to dealer. They told me they would charge my battery and I had to pay out of p... view moreocket for transmission flush. Paid half for transmission flush, an they charged my battery. Next week having same issue with battery. Took to autozone for a test. Autozone said "Im surprised your car starts up, because it is dead" Told dealership this, they inform me that it is not under warranty but they would sell me battery at their cost. Call the place where the dealership gets their batteries, cheapest battery ever made a "Deka". Looked up reviews of battery because I never heard of it, the first review read "DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY". Ended up buying battery from Sams Club out my own pocket. It rained, open my trunk to find my clothes soaking wet. Tell dealership about it, they tell me to find out whats wrong myself an tell them, they will have it fixed! At this point don`t believe them! The car has had 7 issues with it and I haven`t made my first payment on it! None of the issues have been fixed without me having to come out of pocket.
