Great company - BEST service

I have been taking my two family cars to Re-Born for 3 years now. The staff are informative, thorough, and clearly explain what my car needs and accurately estimate the costs of the service. When I drop the car off in the morning a staff member shuttles me to work and picks me up at the end of the day with my newly fixed car. Also, I have been sent home with bottles of wine after several of my visits!!! Recently the ... view moreradiator in my volvo cracked. I was quoted what I thought was the cheapest price in town to replace the radiator at another local repair shop. I felt horrible giving my business elsewhere so I called Re-Born and they said they would match that price. I further learned why the other place was soooo cheap - because they did not quote all the costs and services needed for a full replacement, only the bare essentials. In addition, I learned that Re-Born uses higher quality parts as compared to the other place. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for car help/repair.

RIP OFF ALERT

OK HERE IS THE REAL DEAL ON RE BORN AUTO.. I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM THEY CHARGED ME OVER 1000 BUCKS. THEY REPLACED THE STARTER AND SAID IT COST 244.00 I CALLED THE AUTO STORE AND IT SELLS FOR 144.00 THEY REPLACED A HEATER COMPONENT AND SAID IT WAS 157.00 I CALLED AND THE REAL PRICE WAS 57.00 THATS 200 BUCKS IN MARK UP ON PARTS ALONE.. Portland style auto repair at it`s finest

I had my car serviced at Re-Born and was very impressed with the service and quality of repair. The office folks are very accommodating. I waited for awhile to see how long the repair was going to take. The waiting area is very comfortable, and they even had WIFI, very cool. After the diagnosis, they recommended I leave the car, and they gave me a shuttle ride to work. They picked me up at my work and when I got there; my car was washed and vacuumed too. They hand wash the cars, weather permitting, a nice service.

Jiffy Lube service at 3 times the price. Took in vehicle for a specific problem. The problem was not corrected. They did have the time to recommend $1500 worth of work. I went to another shop and most of the work recommended by Re-born was not needed. Found the front end people to be rude and evasive when asked specific questions.
