This is an original 2 owner southwest car!
215/4 barrel, aluminum V8 and dynaflow 2 speed automatic. Runs and drives like brand new. No smoke or funny noises. I would drive this anywhere (I drive it daily).
No bondo ever, one tiny (and I MEAN tiny) spot of rust on the drivers side rear wheel well area. Absolutely no rust anywhere else, floors, trunk, etc are 100% solid. The car had a repaint at one time and no bondo or bodywork was done, there are a few small dings here and there, as to be expected from a 50+ year old car, but this is without a doubt, one of the most straight original bodies I have seen!
New headliner, dash has cracks. The rest of the interior is original, and is in good condition, there are some cracks in the interior, but its all there and fully intact. Original carpet has some fading, but no holes or rips. Lights, horn, heater, gauges, etc all work as they should with the exception of the clock (not working), radio works, but sounds like the speaker needs to be replaced.
The car has been stored indoors most of its life. All glass is good. Doors open and close smoothly, no sagging.
Brand new tires and rims, brakes all new as well.
This is a power steering, non power brake car. Drives tight, no road walking, stops straight. Just a truly great old cruiser!
Clean title, ready to go.. fly in and drive home!
I WILL consider trades on Ford F100s up to 1972 (V8/auto, 2 wheel drive, short wide bed), or 69-74 Econoline shorty vans (V8/autos preferred). May consider other trades.. worst I can say is no.

Buick Encore blitzes first-year sales predictions
Sat, 01 Mar 2014With its first full year of sales in the bag, it's safe to say that Buick has a hit on its hands with the Encore. US buyers have snatched up 31,046 of the small, premium crossovers since the Encore went on sale in January of 2013, while 97,311 were sold globally (not counting its counterparts from Opel and Vauxhall).
While we liked the Encore when we first drove it, we'll admit, we weren't sure how the tiny CUV would do. In fact, the first thing Executive Editor Chris Paukert wrote about the Encore was, "We admit it. We have no earthly idea how this whole thing is going to shake out." But it's done well, and has been subject to heavy demand over the past year, blowing away the estimates of analysts, who, according to an August story from Automotive News, projected no more than 18,500 units would be sold in 2013.
"Right out of the gate, demand for the Encore was high," Tony DiSalle, vice president of Buick marketing said in a statement. "It accounted for most of the segment's growth last year and that's because it offers the right safety, technology and features in the right-sized vehicle for many customers."
Updated Buick LaCrosse, Regal to debut at New York Auto Show
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Judging by the spy shots we saw last week for the 2014 Buick LaCrosse and 2014 Buick Regal, we knew it wouldn't be much longer until we saw both sedans receive a grand debut. Today, Buick confirmed to Autoblog both cars will be introduced at the New York Auto Show next month, but no further information has yet been released about either model.
Having been on the market for an extra couple years, the changes to the LaCrosse appear to be more significant than those coming for the Regal, but both will be getting refreshed exterior designs as well as updated interiors. The Regal's new face brings it more in line with the all-new Encore and the restyled Enclave, while the LaCrosse should get a more distinctive, upscale appearance.
Both cars will be introduced exactly a month from today, and we'll be there to bring you all the coverage.

Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:
