This is a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0 5 speed. This Jeep is in excellent condition and needs nothing. Air conditioning works perfect as does the heat. Engine runs very smooth and starts right up. Oil pressure is about 80 lbs. Clutch and brakes work perfect This jeep drives great with no shimmy's or shakes. The car does not leak any oil or trans. fluids anywhere. Car is very tight and I would drive it anywhere. Everything works as it should and the transmission has been redone. Tires are fair but do not need replacing yet. The Jeep comes with a carfax report. No check engine lights at all (and no they have not been disconnected). No rust or accidents. Paint is excellent and carpets are really like new. Clean and clear title. This is a really nice example of a Wrangler. $500.00 deposit within 48 hours of close via PayPal. No warranty and delivery within 200 miles for fuel costs both ways. Please check my feedback. Airbag fault on 1M recalled Jeeps getting second look from NHTSA [UPDATE]

It appears that Jeep's repairs for nearly one million Grand Cherokees from 2002-2004 and Liberty models from 2002-2003 might not be over yet. The vehicles were first recalled in November 2012 because the front airbags could suddenly deploy without being in an accident. Now, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is opening a recall query into them because of reports of inadvertent activation on some already corrected vehicles.
The original problem affected over 919,000 vehicles worldwide, including 744,822 in the US, and was caused by a degrading circuit in the wires that control the airbags. In some cases the airbag warning light would come on just before the premature activation, but in other cases it would just happen. The automaker installed an "in-line jumper harness with an integrated electrical filter" meant to eliminate the power spikes believed to be the cause.

Thu, 15 Aug 2013Chrysler's Jefferson North Assembly Plant opened in 1992 for production of the first Jeep Grand Cherokee, but in the subsequent years, the Detroit plant has gone on to produce some of the company's biggest SUVs including the Jeep Commander and Dodge Durango. Earlier this week, the plant produced its five-millionth SUV, which, fittingly, was a Grand Cherokee.
Celebrating the plant's five-millionth unit, the silver 2014 Grand Cherokee was promptly donated to the USO. In addition to this milestone SUV, Chrysler also had a near-perfect 1993-95 ZJ Grand Cherokee on hand for the photo op.
