We are selling our lovely and well maintained 1997 Lincoln Town Car Executive, because it needs a new home.
This is car runs very well, it is reliable and very good car with a lot of features and confort. Engine runs good and strong has only 98130 miles which for this kind of engine is nothing!

This car has a title salvage due a small fire caused by a cigarrette that was not put out. The panel with the ashtray and burned part has been replaced and fixed. Nothing wrong with this car. Despite that incident the interior is in good shape.

The exterior is great (None Wrecks!) even the paint is in very good condition (see the pics). Has one turn light (passenger side) with the plastic broken so need to put a new one.

The battery was recharged due the car inactivity, and probably does not hold a charge as a new battery, but for now it is working fine but please consider in the near future to put a new one.

You have to drive this car! It is amazing. Also it is great to ride long distances. Even the consume of gasoline is very reasonable and not expensive at all despite the big engine of the car. The odometer is digital and also the car has digital indicators of all regular functions and also gas consumption and many more, but does not have GPS.

The tires are in good shape, (see pics) even the spare tire too.

We did the smog check also (September 2013).

We accept reasonable offers.

You can watch more pics HERE

This was my father's car.  Unfortunately he passed away a couple of months ago and I need to sell it because nobody in my family are going to use the car. We are selling this car as is, no warranty.

If you have any questions or do you want to come to see the car, don't hesitate to contact us

We do not ship. The buyer is responsible to pick up or ship the car, however we can help in this process if needed..

This is a final sale, no returns.

Lincoln video teases new things to come... but what?

Sun, 02 Dec 2012

Lincoln has released a new video teasing... something. In what looks to be an advertisement for more advertising, the company has worked up a clip featuring everything from a drum solo and a flying hawk to Abraham Lincoln himself. The video shows a few shots of what looks to be an MKZ and promises more news is coming on Monday.
What does the company have up its sleeves? Rumors are bouncing around the web like so many ill-informed ping-pong balls, and cover everything from an alternative powertrain for the MKZ to a new two-door model - noise that is underscored by the presence of a Ford Mustang chassis lurking in the background of the video around the 27-second mark (see screen capture above).
Could Lincoln be considering a rear-wheel drive luxury coupe built on the pony's bones? A move like that seems awfully unlikely, but it certainly wouldn't hurt our feelings. Either way, we'll find out more tomorrow. In the interim, check out the teaser video below for yourself.

Ellen DeGeneres sends up Matthew McConaughey's Lincoln ad

Mon, 29 Sep 2014

Lincoln had to have known that when it released its new ad campaign for the new MKC with Matthew McConaughey, it would open itself up to a bit of good old fashioned ridicule. The television commercial was, after all, good for a laugh or two. And true to their mission, talk show hosts haven't missed the opportunity to have a little fun at Lincoln's and McConaughey's expense.
Conan O'Brien was first to send up the television spot, but now Ellen DeGeneres has taken a stab at it too, superimposing herself in the back seat of the compact luxury crossover, downing some pot brownies and generally playing Costello to McConaughey's Abbott. It's worth a watch, if only to see Ellen getting down in her usual, offbeat style.

Lincoln MKX Concept goes for the gold in Beijing

Sun, 20 Apr 2014

We've now seen the Lincoln MKX Concept in the metal, and we've shot it with the lenses of our own DSLR cameras. And we have to say, our opinion of the concept's design language has improved over our initial reaction. Yes, it's clear that this MKX shares its underpinnings with those of the Ford Edge Concept that we saw in LA, but the changes made by Lincoln stylists are a welcome departure from the angular lines of its corporate cousin from The Blue Oval.
We like the subtlety of the MKX Concept's front fascia, and the lighting elements both front and rear lend a luxurious quality to the crossover's typical two-box proportions. When combined with the smaller MKC that was shown in production form late last year, it's clear to see that Lincoln has a specific design direction that at least seems visually capable of setting it apart from the Ford models with which the brand shares its platforms. Here's hoping there are some Lincoln-specific upgrades underhood...
Have a look at our image gallery of live photos from Beijing above, reread the press release below, and feel free to let us know what you think.
