1992 Nissan 300ZX adult owned 6 Cylinder 4 Speed. This is a daily driver in above average condition inside and out. The car was stolen and recovered and repaired a long time ago. I have grarage kept the car for 18 Years and have treated it very well maintaining everything it needed. The Z has new 4 michelin tires, new clutch 2.5 years ago with about 600 miles on it. All four brakes were done at the same time with the fuel injection system being flushed and cleaned at the Nissan dealer. All work done to the car was performed at a Nissan dealer. The struts were new about 4 years ago. The car is my summer car and has not  been driven much as you can tell by the mileage. I bought the car with 50,000 miles on it 18 years ago. The exhaust is the original from the factory. Everything works on the car and the interior is in average condition with no holes or rips or cracks in the dash or seats. The car was not run in 2 years, I charged the baterry and it fired right up. The Z has never been in an accident since I have owned it and has been very reliable. I really have had no problems because I have maintained the car. The car drives and performs like you would expect a 300zx to. It is a chick magnet and a very good looking auto that will out perform some corvettes in the same time period.

2015 Nissan Versa Sedan continues to prioritize space and price over looks

Wed, 16 Apr 2014

Nissan's refresh of its cavernous Versa Sedan is on hand today at the 2014 New York Auto Show. While we continue to appreciate the Versa for its space and low price, this slight restyling of the four-door sedan hasn't done much for its uninspiring appearance.
Newly enlarged headlights and a reworked, more Altima-like grille are the biggest changes to the front of this Versa, although Nissan has also added some brightwork around the revised foglight housings. Integrated turn signals liven up the mirrors, while the rear of the car wears a new and almost strangely sporty bumper.
Perhaps more importantly for prospective owners, Nissan has also made a few interior tweaks, with a new steering wheel and a revised center stack leading the change. There's some new available tech on the top-end SL model, as well.

Nissan settles with FTC over misleading dune buggy ad [w/videos]

Fri, 24 Jan 2014

A couple years ago, Nissan created a series of commercials for its compact Frontier pickup showing the truck performing outlandish stunts such as snowboarding, saving a passenger airplane from a crash landing and climbing a steep sand dune to help a stranded dune buggy. As crazy as the first two commercials were, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) took issue with the latter, titled Hill Climb, with the agency considering it to be a misleading commercial since both vehicles required a cable to reach the top of the steep dune.
As such, Ad Age is reporting that Nissan - and its ad agency TBWA Worldwide - has settled with the FTC over the ad despite the fact that it features a disclaimer stating: "Fictionalization. Do not attempt." Nissan did not have to pay out any money in the settlement, but it is prohibited "from using potentially misleading demonstrations in future advertisements for pickups." In addition to the offending commercial, posted below, we've included some of the other related videos from the same Frontier campaign.

Nissan does its best Google Glass impression with 3E headgear [w/video]

Wed, 13 Nov 2013

The jury may still be out on whether it'll be legal to drive with Google Glass on your nose, but that doesn't mean automakers are going to sit around waiting to see which way the wind blows in one jurisdiction or another. Mercedes-Benz, for example, is already working on ways to integrate its infotainment system into Google Glass, but Nissan is taking things a step further by developing its own wearable tech.
The device is called Nissan 3E, and we don't have much information to go on at this point - just a couple of images, a terse press release and the highly stylized (and rather painful-looking) video below. The Japanese automaker lists internet connectivity and communication as the primary features. But we'd have to assume that, if an automaker is developing it, the device would have some relevance to, you know... driving.
The possibilities are endless, extending from turn-by-turn directions and track information to vehicle metrics and intuitive control of the car's auxiliary controls. We'll have to wait until we get to Tokyo to find out more, but between this and the smartwatch concept it revealed in Frankfurt, Nissan seems to be on a bit of a gadget streak lately.
