Terrible experience. 2.5 hour wait, because the driver claimed to be refueling first in Uniontown, then in Norton, all to arrive in North Hill. I was stranded alone in the dark. When the driver arrived 2.5 hours late, he also gave me attitude and left me stranded at the side of the road without the tow. Strange experience, not a care in the world to a woman alone in the night. Lot of lies. They really should run GPS... view more on their trucks so they know where their drivers are. What a disappointment.
