This place use to be great, but with a poor store manager, I would never come back here again. I advise against anyone going after the experience I had. They backed another customers car into my wife`s car. That was just the start of it. The employee tried to dismiss it like no harm done as he ran his hand over the paint transfer and new dent added to the bumper. Then the store manager wanted to haggle up to 70... view more0 dollars store credit so no one in corporate would find out about the incident. Then backed out so that way he wouldn`t have to worry about any employees "ratting" him out and decided to have a check written by Goodyear and not contact their insurance agency. He never did tell the other customer that their car had been backed into my wife`s car. He later would claim that he has done bodywork before and said that it wasn`t worth the amount the estimate was written for. I would only advise for people to maybe try this store if they were to find that the store manager with the initials D.L. isn`t there anymore. I used to suggest this place for oil changes but after this, never again.
